Everbridge for SignalGuard CEM Fusion

Connect Everbridge to SignalGuard so 50+-signal scan briefs fuse into your existing CEM workflow. No workflow replacement — just better intelligence input.

Bring your Everbridge API credentials to SignalGuard to fuse the 50+-signal threat picture into your existing Critical Event Management workflow, with enrichment on NTAS, disasters, and crime context.

What Everbridge adds to SignalGuard

Everbridge enriches three Context-pillar signals: NTAS (national threat advisory), disasters, and crime — three of the 50+ signals SignalGuard fuses into the venue threat score. For teams already operating Everbridge as their CEM and mass-notification platform, the BYOK integration lets Everbridge's alert taxonomy flow directly into SignalGuard's Context pillar, instead of running as a parallel feed.

Practically, that means an Everbridge-tracked incident — a NTAS bulletin, a regional disaster event, a local crime advisory — shapes the venue's context-pillar severity in real time. Operators see the same incident their CEM team is acting on, scored against the rest of the venue picture.

Many event-security teams already run Everbridge as their operational hub. BYOK is the cleanest way to keep SignalGuard's threat intelligence aligned with the system the EOC is already using to issue actions.

How the integration works

Paste your Everbridge API key and Organization ID into the Everbridge tile at /integrations. SignalGuard format-checks both fields on submission (Everbridge's API needs both for tenant scoping) and stores them AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. All Everbridge calls run server-side.

Common use cases

  • Event-security teams operating Everbridge as their primary CEM tool
  • NTAS bulletin enrichment in the venue Context pillar
  • Regional-disaster awareness for outdoor events in storm seasons
  • Crime-advisory weighting around urban venues
  • Aligning SignalGuard alerts with Everbridge mass-notification workflows
  • Enterprise security ops fusing venue threat scores into EOC dashboards

What you need

An Everbridge enterprise contract — typically $25K-100K+/yr. Generate API credentials from the Everbridge Manager Portal at api.everbridge.net under Account → Settings → API, where you'll also find the Organization ID.

FAQ

Do I need an Everbridge subscription? Yes — Everbridge enrichment is BYOK-only. Without it, SignalGuard's NTAS, disaster, and crime signals run from their default sources.

Where do I add my key? In your SignalGuard workspace at /integrations. Open the Everbridge tile and paste both the API Key and Organization ID.

Is my key secure? Yes. Both fields are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, only decrypted in server memory at request time, and never logged or sent to the browser.

Frequently asked

The questions ops leads ask before swapping a vendor key into SignalGuard.

Does SignalGuard replace Everbridge?
No — see /compare/vs-everbridge. Everbridge is critical event management workflow (alerting, mass notification, response coordination). SignalGuard is per-event threat intelligence input. They complement each other; many SOCs already operate on Everbridge and use SignalGuard as the intelligence source.
What does the integration enable?
SignalGuard signals can be fused into existing Everbridge workflows — NTAS bulletins, disaster declarations, and crime baseline data become triggers and context inside your existing playbooks.
Setup?
Provide API Key and Organization ID from Everbridge Manager Portal → Account → Settings → API. SignalGuard does soft validation at connect time; full validation happens on first push.
Pricing?
Everbridge is enterprise-contract only, typically $25K-100K+/yr. SignalGuard does not resell. You bring your existing Everbridge contract.
