Build a Watchboard

You'll learn: How to curate a custom board of the events you care about, share it across your org, reorder the tiles, and monitor severity at a glance from the Watch dashboard.

Before you start

Have a few saved events. A Watchboard curates events you already monitor — it doesn't create them.

01 Open the Watch dashboard

The Watch tab in your dashboard switcher (/dashboard/watch) is a curated view: instead of your whole portfolio, it shows just the slate of events you've pinned to a board — a map heat-strip plus a tile rail. It's the "what am I watching this shift?" screen, distinct from the full Stats and Live ops dashboards.

02 Pin events to a board

Add the events you want to keep an eye on. Pins are resolved live against your access, so a board only ever shows events you're allowed to see — if your access changes, the board updates rather than leaking a stale reference. Build one board for tonight's shows, another for a festival weekend, another for a region.

03 Reorder and share org-wide

Drag the tiles to put the highest-stakes events first. A board can be shared org-wide, so the whole desk works from the same curated slate instead of each person assembling their own — the shift lead's board becomes the team's board.

04 Monitor severity at a glance

Each tile carries the event's current posture, and the board's map shows a severity heat-strip across the pinned set, so a glance tells you which of your watched events is heating up. Click a tile to drop into that event's brief, live monitor, or map.
