Is it free?

Yes — the Free tier gives you 3 scans a month with a watermarked PDF and one saved event, forever. No card, no trial clock. If you outgrow it, you'll know.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro and Team are month-to-month — cancel from your account and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. No annual commitment, no early-termination fees.

What counts as a scan?

One scan = one full 21-signal pull for one venue at one moment in time, with one PDF. Scheduled re-scans of the same saved event each count as a scan. Failed scans (no signals returned upstream) don't.

Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
